It is said that the number “One” stands for God, the Universe or your own highest truth. The “Zero” stands for emptiness and humility in spiritual practice and the “Eight” stands for infinity and timelessness. Ultimately, the Mala necklace is whatever the wearer wants it to be. Rudraksha beads are seeds from a special every green tree found in in the foothills of the Himalayas. It has always been associated with and used by Yogi's, Saints, Sages and Mystics across Asia for balancing the mind, emotions and creating the right environment for meditation and peaceful actions to bring about the desired goals in life. Rudraksha seeds are known to assist in meditation, stress relief, healing the body and promoting positive changes.
