Returns and Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund, less shipping charges and a 10%  restocking fee on all made to order items within 15 days of order receipt. Items not made to order may be returned with a return authorization.  Product must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition to receive a full refund. Laundered items will not be accepted. The reason we gently request this 10% is to  support our employees that take the time and materials to make this product for you according to your specifications. It does not cover the actual product being made for you.  We gently would like to remind our beloved customers that our collection includes hand-made, to order items.  We are not a mass made factory churning out 100’s of the same item in mass.  We believe this bespoke process is something to be proud of - supporting a made in USA business along with artisanal luxury products brought to market with intention.  If you prefer to request a swatch of your item to be sure it is what you’d like. Please email  Sales@avivastanoff.com and we would be delighted to help you with this request.

Return package must include the return authorization or a printout of a customer service return approval. Any return shipments unaccompanied by paperwork may not be processed if we cannot identify you, the item or the order :(.

Upon receipt of your request, a Return Authorization or email will be emailed to you that will include instructions for shipping the product back to us. Returned items must be in original (new) condition, with associated packing materials and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that returns made without a Return Authorization Number cannot be processed and will not be accepted. Once the product is received at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount plus any applicable sales tax.

We cannot refund original shipping charges. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks from receipt of your return for the credit to appear on the same account you used for purchase.  Thank you for your interest in our collection, we look forward to serving you.
