• Made-to-Order Items: Eligible for a refund minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. This fee supports the artisans, time, and materials devoted to creating your piece specifically for you.
• Non–Made-to-Order Items: May be returned within 15 days for a full refund, less shipping.

All returns must be clean, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Laundered items cannot be accepted.

Our Craftsmanship

Every piece in our collection is made to order by hand in our Southern California design studio. We proudly produce in small batches, ensuring each item is unique and crafted with intention. We are not a mass-production facility; we create American-made artisanal luxury—one order at a time.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount plus any applicable sales tax. Please allow 2–4 weeks for the credit to appear on the original form of payment.
