Aviva applies her fashion background to designing collections, redefining luxury in home textiles and innovating through exotic surface design and applications. She is a true artisan, mixing dyes by hand in small batches, pressing real objects into fabric and applying jewels one at a time—all made in the USA in her California design studio.
Aviva is a master textile artist – not only developing exclusive treatments that are offered in her line, but with a full surface design studio nestled between the beach and lagoons in southern California. Our signature throw collections incorporate opulent, responsibly sourced materials that are soft and dreamy to the touch, and transport you to a place of calm and cozy. Silks charmeuse, Belgian linen, silk velets, cashmere, merino wools, suri alpaca are all just a few of her materials used to create these functional works of art.
Aviva hunts down gorgeous crystals, minerals and semi-precious stones on a regular basis. She has special “hunting” boots that she dons that bring her good luck. Here, at the Aviva Stanoff design studio we have an array of “color” – we begin with clear quartz that sometimes has fire and rainbows clearer than water, more beautiful than rain. Our spectrum moves into light gray to beige, and finishes off with American Smokey Quartz darker than the midnight sun.
