Shipping policy

Aviva Stanoff Design ships using FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Once your order is placed, it is processed within 24–48 hours and then sent to our warehouse for shipment. If you have questions or special shipping needs, we are here to help at sales@avivastanoff.com.

Shipping Timelines

• In-Stock Items: FedEx Ground orders typically ship within 5–7 business days, depending on availability.

• Made-to-Order Items: These pieces are handcrafted specifically for you. They ship according to the confirmed ship date on your Sales Order. Standard lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks.

If you selected an item featuring a signature technique (as described on the product page), please note that your piece is made to order. These artisanal processes take a bit longer, and we appreciate your patience with our small-batch, handcrafted production. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us at sales@avivastanoff.com so we may assist with your special request.

Signature Requirement

All shipments default to “No Signature Required” unless otherwise indicated during checkout.

Aviva Stanoff Design is not responsible for additional shipping fees incurred if a package is not picked up or is returned due to missed delivery.

Please note: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping (Including Canada)

For addresses outside the USA, a FedEx Express or DHL shipping rate will be provided at checkout.

Customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are not included and may be assessed by the destination country.

Aviva Stanoff Design cannot predict and is not responsible for these fees. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all duties, taxes, or import charges.
