Deliberate Luxury is a celebration of bringing products to market with intention. This means selecting materials, making things in house to order, and mixing dyes in small batches by hand. We have been making things according to our customers requirements for decades. We know our suppliers and in most cases been working with them from the beginning of our design journey.
Our products support small businesses and whenever possible, we source locally. With over 20 years of textile design, product design, and curating with crystals, we bring a discerning eye, lead by example as a responsible member of our makers community. Cali Couture
The Cali Couture Collection is a glimpse into Aviva’s love of fashion, crystals, and reverence for our planet. Repurposed used surfboards, skateboards, skis, guitars, vegan and natural Leather apparel, and accessories are her canvases. Painting is her passion and quite frankly, nothing is safe from her brushes and creativity. Join us in our quest to not only make beautiful one-of-a-kind items but also be part of an initiative to be sustainable.This collection is a manifestation of Aviva’s many years of curating, innovating surfaces, and celebrating the exquisite in the world. Mother Nature has been by her side with every step. “When I am painting, time stops and I am free to be my truest self. It is with gratitude that I found a tiny corner of the world where my designs and art serve as a way to connect with others. This connection requires no translation and knows no borders of geography, language, ethnicity, nor all those things that divide us. It is through art we have common ground. Custom commissions are available.

For more than two decades, Aviva Stanoff Design has garnered acclaim from industry experts, receiving numerous prestigious awards. Her groundbreaking contributions to the textile design realm have earned her a permanent place in the Decorative Arts Collection at the Brooklyn Museum. Her career started on the runway - where she created textiles for high end fashion designers in both ready to wear and couture. Her work regularly appeared on red carpets, fashion shows, and in the press. Noted as a Best Bet by the New York Times and recipient of multiple Arts Awards, Aviva has a design studio where everything is made in Southern California and licensing partners across multiple categories.
