Aviva Stanoff Design currently ships using FedEx. Once an order has been placed, it will be processed within 24-48 hours. After processing, the order will be sent to the warehouse for shipment. All FedEx Ground orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 5-7 business days if product is available. If product is made to order, it will be shipped by the confirmed shipdate (on sales order). Custom or made-to-order items will ship as available.
Please note that you if have purchased an item that uses a Signature technique (as indicated in the description), your product is made to order just for you! Handmade items take a bit longer than other items. These techniques are what make our design studio a bit special. We love that you selected this item but we wanted to make sure that we manage your expectations gracefully. Normal lead time is approximately 6-8 weeks. If you need us to ship faster, please contact us directly so we may assist you with your order. Thank you!
Please note that all shipments require a signature upon delivery. FedEx will make three delivery attempts to your shipping address. After the third attempt, they will hold the package at their warehouse for you to pick up. Aviva Stanoff Design is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you do not pick up your package.Customers may choose to waive the signature requirement by selecting the “Ship with no signature required” button at checkout. You should be aware that if you choose this option that you are releasing Aviva Stanoff Design from any responsibility for the package once it is dropped off at your door. Please note, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note, pillows with back ordered inserts will not ship until both the pillow and the insert are available.
When your items have shipped, you will receive an email from FedEx with tracking information and shipping status. Please note, some merchandise is manufactured overseas and the expected delivery dates on backordered items are subject to change. The backorder dates listed online are based on sea shipments (via boat). If goods are held in customs, these dates can extend. We will notify you of any backorders and an expected ship date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Including Orders Shipping To Canada)
If your ship-to address is outside the U.S.A., a FedEx Express rate will be quoted to you at checkout.
For all orders that do not have a U.S.A. ship-to address, please note that taxes or duties may be placed on the shipment upon receipt. Aviva Stanoff Design cannot predict and is not responsible for any taxes or duties that the country we are shipping to might place on the shipment. The receiver of the shipment is responsible for these charges.
Changes to your order can be made by you at any point while placing your order. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you’ve selected the incorrect products, please review our returns procedures.

Credit card payments are accepted and will process your order immediately. Other forms of payment may cause a delay. Orders paid by check are not started until the check has been recieved and processed.
All applicable taxes will be applied to orders within California.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund, less shipping charges and a 20% discretionary restocking fee within 15 days of order receipt. Product must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition to receive a full refund. Laundered items will not be accepted. Return package must include the return authorization or a printout of a customer service return approval. Any return shipments unaccompanied by paperwork may not be processed if we cannot identify you, the item or the order :(.
Upon receipt of your request, a Return Authorization or email will be emailed to you that will include instructions for shipping the product back to us. Returned items must be in original (new) condition, with associated packing materials and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that returns made without a Return Authorization Number cannot be processed and will not be accepted. Once the product is received at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount plus any applicable sales tax. We cannot refund original shipping charges. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks from receipt of your return for the credit to appear on the same account you used for purchase.
